We've asked Joe to do a couple of significant repairs to a Solera awning that was only marginally functional. He did a great job with those repairs. Always prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. His workmanship is excellent and his prices are very reasonable. We've had others give all sorts of repair estimates that didn't actually address the underlying issues. But Joe correctly diagnosed what needed to be done, then worked with us to make it all happen in a timely fashion. We wouldn't hesitate to give our fullest recommendations for anyone that needs mobile RV services!

I called them to repair a leak in our toilet in our travel trailer. He came out 2 days later and diagnosed the valve needed replaced. He had to order the part, however he found out the part had doubled in price and suggested we order the part through Amazon. I ordered the part and when it came in he came out the next day to replace the valve. It was less than a 10 minute job. He did not charge me to come out to do the repair because it was a quick repair. I offered to pay him for having to come back out and he wouldn't take any money. I paid for the initial call and 1/2 hour labor only. We were very pleased with his service and recommend his company for all repairs. He is very efficient and doesn't try to rip the customer off. His prices are very reasonable. We would definitely call him in the future if we needed anything repaired again.

Joe gets the job done. He is knowledgeable, affordable, and doesn't mess around. I appreciate that alot. I definitely will use his services again.

I can't recommend Independent Camper RV Repair enough. A few weeks back during a storm one of my awning arms failed. Being away from home at a campsite, I called my dealer and only got voicemail. That campground gave me a card from Independent Camper. I called and Joseph answered and told me he would be out within a couple hours to help. He came to my campsite, diagnosed the issue and retracted my awning and made it safe to travel. He got me a quote quickly which was very reasonable, bye the way. After ordering the parts, he came to my house and replaced my awning arm. My house was just outside his service area but he made an exception and came out anyway. Totally professional, quick and do great work!
